We are asking you to: 

🖤 We are asking you to arrive to your appointment on time – not late and not early to control overcrowding. 

🖤 We ask you attend your appointment on your own. 

🖤We ask you to bring a small bag with you – no shopping bags, and only bring a coat if necessary as we have limited space to store them. 

🖤 Please bring a mask with you, if you don’t have one or forget, don’t worry we will provide you with one. 

Procedures we have In place 

🖤 Upon entry to the salon please use the automatic hand sanitiser dispenser. 

🖤 You will be greeted and taken to your stylists chair 

🖤 Your stylist will be wearing a visor throughout your appointment, and the other required PPE depending on which service you are having. 

🖤 We have perspex screens separating each station and each basin. We have also installed one around our desk

🖤 Each area will be sanitised between each client. 

🖤 We will be maintaining our high level of cleanliness in salon ensuring disinfection of our tools between each client and have protocols set out to ensure this is followed in the same way every time. 

🖤 Each station will have a bottle of sanitiser for you to use through your appointment, a freshly washed (at 60 degrees) gown.

🖤 We have disposable towels in our rest room which we will be keeping open for use and cleaned between every use throughout the day

🖤 We will be serving drinks in disposable cups, but you are welcome to bring your own if you’d prefer. 

🖤 No magazines or newspapers will be in salon, so please download anything you wish to read to your phone. 

🖤 We will be accepting all methods of payment ( no cheques or American express) 

🖤 If you wish to purchase any retail products please ask your stylist or assistant to assist your purchase, please refrain from touching our displays.
